Equipment Needed

For this workout you won’t need any special equipment other than the following:

  • A towel

  • A yoga mat

  • A full bottle of water (make sure you take plenty of water breaks)

  • Proper running shoes with good shock absorption

  • A good sports bra for those of us with boobs
