A Fit, Strong & Fabulous New You

Our signature aerobics workouts make you fitter, stronger, leaner, flexible, more confident and take years off your age. We blend dance cardio with strength training, Pilates, coordination and balance work, yoga and flexibility training to create a total body shaping, sculpting and conditioning workout.

You'll feel energised, revitalised, stronger and more flexible from head to toe.

Each class goes for between 20 minutes to 1 hour in length and includes:

  • A warm up

  • Aerobics (i.e. dance cardio)

  • Coordination and balance

  • Strength training targeting legs, arms & waist

  • Mat work targeting butt & abs

  • Cool down with yoga and stretching

Our workouts are specifically designed using evidence based exercise science and motivational mindset coaching for maximum fun ... and maximum transformations in body and mind!

Custom Developed by A Fitness Professional & Life Coach

The Aerobics Channel’s signature workout program has been custom developed and is professionally instructed by certified personal trainer and life coach, Rhiannon Day. Rhiannon is a Level 2 Registered Fitness Professional with AusActive, Australia’s governing fitness industry body.

She balances green smoothies with pizza and is the proud mother of a tiny Chihuahua named Tinkerbell.

She never met a beach she doesn’t like, and believes in making life fun and beautiful.
