25 Minute Low Impact 80s Aerobics Workout | Beginner, Knee & Apartment Friendly Cardio

 
 

This 80s aerobics workout will get your heart rate up, slim, sculpt and get you fit without jumping!

Back in the old 80s aerobics, they jumped around - a lot. Even in some of their low impact workouts. Not great if you have gumpy knees, or downstairs neighbours. The Aerobics Channel to the rescue with our low impact aerobics! This means zero running, jumping, burpees, or any of that other chaos.

But low impact doesn’t mean not effective. I guarantee you are going to huff and puff like you’ve just run a mile. We’ll warm it up, take that heart rate up with some steady state cardio, crank up the intensity with a high impact scorcher, then get on the floor to work our glutes and cool it down, so make sure you have a yoga mat ready to go.

Fit and fun beats flawless! This isn’t opening night on Broadway. We just want you to have fun, get fit and move safely.

If I show you a move that doesn’t feel right to your body, march in place, make it up, do what you’ve got to do and rejoin us when you feel ready.
